Roma community leader Elene Proshekian, working for “European Centre for Minority Issues Caucasus”, representing the EaP Minorities Network has been invited by the OSCE ODIHR to present Roma community analyses in the Southern Caucasus at the side event organized by ODIHR during the Human Dimension Implementation Meeting 2014 in Warsaw, Poland. She also made an intervention at the working session on Tolerance and Non-Discrimination, including prevention and responses to hate crime on 30th of September, 2014. She has addresses the issues of Roma community concern in Georgia, especially the access to education of Roma representatives in Georgia.
