Online Correspondence Courses for Minority Rights

With the help of partner organizations, Minority Rights Group produced three new sections for its online courses, which focused on non-traditional minority groups. These groups, which often include internally displaced or refugee populations, are often overlooked as targets for minority rights advocacy. The new sections provided information on what non-traditional minorities are, their rights, and mechanisms within the EaP and United Nations Refugee Agency. Other new content for the site included methods for community organizing. The courses are now available for activists in Belarus and Armenia.
