Shadow Reports in Ukraine and Georgia

In partnership with the Social Action Centre, Minority Rights Group published a shadow report for United Nations Human Rights Committee on Ukrainian compliance with the International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights. Topics included refugees, asylum seekers, hate crimes, xenophobia, equality, and non-discrimination. The report was available in Ukrainian and disseminated amongst civil society organizations. In Georgia, Minority Rights Group partner Analytical Center for Interethnic Cooperation and Consultations also submitted a shadow report to the 108th session of the United Nations Human Rights Committee in July 2013 and a universal periodic review in September.
